Afterschool Program Registration Fee

To secure your spot for the Fall or Spring session, you must complete a registration form and pay a one-time $35 registration fee. The registration fee is due before the start of a session. The registration fee is non-refundable after the first week.

Afterschool Program Fees Per Session

Our program is completely free for all low-income students as defined by the state of Ohio.

The cost per session for our After School Program varies based on how many sessions your child attends each week. Each session lasts approximately one hour.

•       One session per week = $35/session = $35/week

•       Two sessions per week = $25/session = $50/week

•       Three sessions per week = $20/session = $60/week

•       Four sessions per week = $18/session = $72/week

The program fee is expected to be paid weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and it must be made by the first day of the week.

If a program participant receives support from a third party, such as a state agency or a foundation grant, they will be billed monthly based on the sessions they attend. To qualify for invoicing, the participant must provide proof of third-party support. This proof must specify the dollar amount covered and the funding period.

The total cost of our Afterschool Program is determined by the number of sessions your child attends per week.

Afterschool Program Dates

The Academy Afterschool calendar aligns with the Canton City School District (CCSD) Year Calendar. We reserve the right to cancel programs in alignment with CCSD emergency weather updates. Overall, our afterschool program runs during the Fall and Spring Terms.

Fall Term: September – December

Spring Term: January – May

Afterschool Refund Policy

At Ekaza, we understand that things do not always work as planned. Thus, below is our detailed Afterschool Program Refund Policy.

•       Registration refund policy: The $35 registration fee is not refundable after the program's start date. To receive a full refund, you must withdraw from the program at least seven days before the start date.

•       If you withdraw within the first week of the term, you will only be charged for one week of class.
